Earlier this morning around 7:30 Lagos time Nigeria. The atmospheric condition was too thick and the cloud was in labour for rain. Everywhere became blame, lo and behold the rain started. It rained cat and rat.
Within a tinkle of an eye everywhere become flooded causing fear for life and property.
