NEWS: After Considerations, US Decides To back Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala To Head WTO

Obviously, under the Trump administration, the US had strongly supported Too Myung-hee South Korea’s Trade Minister. With the advent of the self withdrawal of candidacy by the Myung-hee, the US under the administration of Biden-Harris has declared a vehement support the Nigeria candidate Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala to lead as the Director General of the WTO.

Following this declaration on the news on Friday, Dr. Okonjo has shown her utmost appreciation on her Twitter handle.
